1. What This Notice Covers
This notice explains how NoxMove may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on its website. The production site should be configured so only technologies actually in use are described here.
2. Essential Technologies
Essential technologies may be used for security, routing, fraud prevention, session integrity, load balancing, form operation, accessibility, and user preferences. These technologies are necessary for the website to function and generally cannot be disabled through an optional-consent control.
3. Analytics
NoxMove may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand traffic, page performance, error rates, device categories, and aggregate site usage. If analytics that are not strictly necessary are activated, the site should provide any notice or consent mechanism required by applicable law before such tools are enabled.
4. Advertising and Cross-Site Tracking
NoxMove does not currently need advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking to operate the quote estimator. Such technologies should not be introduced without updating this notice, the Privacy Notice, and any legally required opt-out or consent mechanism.
5. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow users to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may impair site functionality. Browser settings are controlled by the user and may vary by browser and device.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals
If the production website becomes subject to a law requiring recognition of an opt-out preference signal, NoxMove should configure its systems to honor that signal for the activities covered by the law. The current preview does not use targeted advertising or sale/sharing functionality.
7. Changes
This notice should be updated whenever the website adds or removes analytics, advertising, chat, session-replay, payment, scheduling, or other tracking-enabled services.
